Platform regarding the whistleblower protection law

We value openness, integrity and transparency.

Breaches of regulations and violations of the law can cause economic damage and lead to a loss of reputation. With your report, these can be uncovered and remedied.

You can use this platform to report suspected criminal offenses or serious breaches of the law to us - either by giving your name or completely anonymously. You remain protected by the HinSchG. It is not possible to trace you back to you unless you yourself provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person.

The following reporting form will guide you through the process.

After your report, a protected mailbox will be set up for you, via which the Compliance Office of Creditreform Compliance Services GmbH (CCS) can receive information on behalf of G DATA CyberDefense AG and remain in dialog with you anonymously. You can help us a lot if you activate this mailbox and check it regularly. The CCS Compliance Office will contact you as soon as it has followed up on your report.
